Russian FM refused to fulfill Bilawal, claims Fawad Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD: PTI chief Fawad Chaudhry on Saturday claimed that the Russian Overseas Minister Sergey Lavrov refused to fulfill his Pakistani counterpart Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in the course of the Shanghai Cooperation Group (SCO) in Tashkent.
