Portfolios of PTI ministers modified in Punjab

LAHORE: Days after the 21-member Punjab cupboard took the oath, Chief Minister Pervez Elahi on Monday introduced a significant reshuffle, with 5 portfolios seeing new faces.

“In train of the powers conferred below Part 3(5) of the Punjab Authorities Guidelines of Enterprise, 2011, Chief Minister is happy to reassign the portfolios of following provincial ministers, advisor and Particular Assistant,” learn the assertion issued by the Punjab Chief Minister Workplace.

Portfolios of PTI ministers changed in Punjab

As per the main points, Minister for public prosecution and Cooperative Muhammad Basharat Raja has been assigned the portfolio of Parliamentary Affairs, Setting Safety and Cooperative.

Minister for Legislation and Parliamentary Affairs Khurram Shahzad has been given the Ministry of Legislation.

Minister for Main and Secondary Healthcare Dr Yasmin Rashid has been assigned the portfolio of Specialised Healthcare and Medical Training.

Muhammad Akhtar has been assigned the portfolio of Main and Secondary Healthcare. Whereas Minister for Larger Version Raja Yasir Hamayun is given the portfolio of Larger Training. Advisor to CM on Anti-Corruption Institution Brigadier (retd) Muhammad Musaddiq Abbasi has been assigned the extra portfolio of Public Prosecution.

Whereas Particular Assistant to CM Arslan Khalid has been assigned the portfolio of PITB.
