PCB confirms schedule of tri-series in New Zealand

LAHORE: Pakistan will play its opening match towards Bangladesh within the tri-nation collection scheduled in New Zealand from 7-14 October as a part of their ICC Males’s T20 World Cup Australia 2022 preparations.

In line with a schedule launched by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as we speak, number-three ranked Pakistan will tackle number-eight ranked Bangladesh on 7 October and number-six ranked New Zealand on the next day.

Within the second spherical of matches, Pakistan will play New Zealand and Bangladesh on 11 and 13 October, respectively with the ultimate scheduled for Friday, 14 October.

Within the T20 World Cup, Pakistan will open their marketing campaign towards India in Melbourne on 23 October. They’ll then play the 2 qualifiers on 27 and 30 October in Perth, earlier than taking up South Africa on 3 November in Sydney and Bangladesh on 6 November in Adelaide.

In the meantime, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam stated that the collection will assist his facet in getting ready for the key occasion.
