ISLAMABAD: Following directions of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the federal government on Sunday arrange a digital flood dashboard to make sure transparency within the distribution and supply of assist to flood affectees.
Minister for Planning and Growth Ahsan Iqbal will inaugurate the Digital Flood Dashboard on Monday, September 12.
The dashboard will give the general public entry to all the knowledge relating to reduction assist for victims of floods, together with the distribution and supply of products acquired from donors. The general public will have the ability to view the objects and funds that Pakistan is receiving for affectees on the international, federal, and provincial platforms.
Earlier this month, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif introduced that the federal government may have the PM Flood Reduction Fund audited by the Accountant Normal Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) and a non-public audit agency of “international standing”.
The federal government’s choice comes as a measure to make sure transparency which PM Shahbaz wrote about on Twitter.
“As per my dedication to make sure transparency, Authorities has determined to get PM Flood Reduction Fund audited by AGPR & a non-public audit agency of world standing,” the PM tweeted.
“They’ll audit all incoming & outgoing funds together with the place & how the cash is spent,” he wrote in his tweet, including that the audit stories shall be made public.
