America’s main pop icon Cher not too long ago opened up about being pregnant loss in a heartfelt social media submit amid the fallout of the Supreme Courtroom’s historic overturning of Roe v. Wade.
The Imagine singer, 76 in a tweet Monday evening, the music legend revealed that she suffered three miscarriages when she was youthful, the primary at simply 18 years outdated.
“I used to be alone in our home,” wrote Cher, now 76. “[Sonny Bono] got here house & I used to be sobbing, & rocking on our flooring.”
“After I received 2 dr I used to be screaming in ache. Could not even cease in elevator,” she went on. “Dr despatched me straight 2 hospital, & in2 working rm. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN 2 ME TODAY”
Cher went on to welcome two kids: Chaz Bono, with Sonny (who died in 1998 at age 62), and Elijah Blue Allman, with second husband Gregg Allman, who died in 2017 at age 69.
Cher’s story comes weeks after SCOTUS’ choice to overturn Roe v. Wade, the landmark choice of 1973 that granted girls the appropriate to an abortion in each state.
