BLACKPINK’s Jennie Kim will make her performing debut within the upcoming HBO drama sequence The Idol

Well-known Ok-pop singer, BLACKPINK’s Jennie Kim, will make her performing debut within the upcoming HBO drama sequence The Idol, in accordance with her label YG Leisure on Tuesday.

Co-produced by Canadian singer Abel Tesfaye, higher identified by his stage title The Weeknd, Sam Levison, and Reza Fahim, the sequence is ready in opposition to the backdrop of the music trade in Los Angeles.

The story revolves round a self-help guru and cult chief who develops an advanced but romantic relationship with an up-and-coming feminine pop idol, performed by French-American actress and mannequin Lily-Rose Depp.

Though Jennie’s function within the sequence stays unclear, she might be seen dancing with a bunch led by Johnny Depp’s daughter’s character in The Idol’s 90-second trailer, which was posted on HBO’s official YouTube account.
